ORDER PROCESSING


Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Please note:

Business days do not include weekends or holidays

Processing times do not include shipping transit time

During high-volume releases, limited drops, or pre-orders, processing times may be extended



PRE-ORDERS, LIMITED DROPS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS


Certain items are sold on a pre-order, limited release, or made-to-order basis.


By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

Production timelines are estimated, not guaranteed

Shipping timeframes begin after production is complete

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, or carrier issues


Pre-order and made-to-order items:

Cannot be canceled or modified once purchased

Are not eligible for refunds due to delayed shipment

Haus of Maüze ships using trusted third-party carriers. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.


We reserve the right to:

Select the most efficient carrier

Change carriers when necessary



SHIPPING RATES


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination

Package weight and size

Selected shipping method


Shipping fees are non-refundable.



DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES


Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Haus of Maüze is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Weather-related delays

Customs or international processing delays



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


If international shipping is available:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

Haus of Maüze is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

International orders are final sale



ADDRESS ACCURACY


Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.


Haus of Maüze is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Packages returned to sender due to address errors


Reshipping fees may apply.



LOST, STOLEN, OR MARKED DELIVERED PACKAGES


Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.


Haus of Maüze is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Packages left unattended after delivery


Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations.



DAMAGED PACKAGES


If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the damaged item

Clear photos of the shipping packaging


Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for review.


If approved, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.



NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS


If an order is confirmed as not delivered after carrier investigation:

Cash refunds will not be issued

A store credit may be issued at our discretion



SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
