Haus of Maüze — Return, Refund & Fulfillment Policy

By completing a purchase with Haus of Maüze, you agree to the terms outlined below.



ALL SALES FINAL


All purchases made through Haus of Maüze are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed and processed.


This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Standard merchandise

Pre-order items

Limited edition drops

Made-to-order products



PRE-ORDERS, LIMITED DROPS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS


Certain items sold by Haus of Maüze are produced on a pre-order, limited release, or made-to-order basis.


By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree that:

Production timelines may vary

Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed

Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellations


Once an order is placed:

Orders cannot be canceled

Orders cannot be modified

Refunds will not be issued for wait times, production delays, or change of mind



NON-DELIVERY & SHIPPING ISSUES


If an order is confirmed as not delivered and verified through the shipping carrier:

Haus of Maüze does not issue monetary refunds

An in-store credit may be issued at our discretion

Store credit may be applied toward a future purchase only

Store credits are non-transferable and have no cash value


Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund or credit.



DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If you receive an item that is:

Incorrect from what was ordered, or

Damaged during transit


You must contact Haus of Maüze within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the item

Clear photos of the original packaging


Failure to submit a claim within this window voids eligibility for review.


If approved:

A store credit may be issued at our discretion

No cash refunds or replacements are guaranteed



CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY


Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information

Ensuring package security after delivery


Haus of Maüze is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Packages stolen after delivery

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors



CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES & FRAUD PROTECTION


To comply with Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal policies, customers must contact Haus of Maüze prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.


Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Immediate order cancellation

Loss of store credit eligibility

Permanent account restriction


We reserve the right to submit:

Order confirmations

Shipping confirmations

Carrier delivery records

This policy agreement


as evidence in any dispute or chargeback investigation.



RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE


Haus of Maüze reserves the right to:

Refuse service

Cancel orders suspected of fraud

Limit purchases

Deny future transactions


at our sole discretion.
